TERMS OF SERVICE
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Sorce ("the Service") at app.getsorce.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Sorce is an AI-powered content generation platform designed for Web3 creators and projects. The Service allows users to generate content including social media posts, announcements, marketing copy, and other materials using artificial intelligence.
3. ACCOUNTS AND AUTHENTICATION
You may sign in using a magic link sent to your email address or by connecting a compatible Solana wallet (Phantom or Solflare). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Sorce is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING
Sorce offers multiple subscription tiers including Free Trial, Creator, Builder, and Studio plans, as well as an optional Scheduler add-on. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize Sorce to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Free trials are limited to one generation per account. Trial access is non-transferable and may not be reset by creating new accounts.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use Sorce to generate content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
- Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Constitutes spam or unsolicited mass communications
- Facilitates illegal financial activity or securities fraud
Sorce reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
6. REFUND POLICY
Sorce offers a 48-hour refund window from the time of your initial purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us within 48 hours of your first payment for a full refund.
After 48 hours all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods, unused generations, or mid-cycle cancellations. Cancellations made after the 48-hour window will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Annual plan purchases follow the same 48-hour refund policy. After 48 hours annual plans are non-refundable.
7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Content generated through Sorce is produced by artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic's Claude models. You retain ownership of content you generate through the Service. However, Sorce does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying content before publishing or distributing it.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Sorce platform, including its interface, branding, and underlying systems, is the intellectual property of Sorce. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without express written permission.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Sorce does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
Sorce reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
