Sorce ("we", "our", "us") is operated by LazerEye Temple LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Account Data:

• Email address
• Wallet address (Phantom/Solflare)
• Display name and profile information
• Generated content and post history

Payment Data:

• Payments processed by Stripe
• We never store card numbers or banking details directly

Usage Data:

• Content generation inputs
• Platform preferences
• Subscription tier and credit balance

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

• To provide AI content generation
• To manage your account and subscription
• To process payments via Stripe
• To deliver voice output via ElevenLabs
• To generate images via Replicate
• We never sell your data to third parties

4. SORCE COMPOSER CHROME EXTENSION

The Sorce Composer Chrome Extension ("Extension") handles your data as follows:

• API Key: Stored locally in chrome.storage.local only. Never transmitted to third parties.
• Generated Content: Retrieved from your Sorce account via secure API call. Not stored in the extension.
• Platform Injection: Content is injected directly into platform compose boxes locally in your browser. Sorce does not store or transmit the content of your posts.
• Browsing History: We do not collect, store, or transmit your browsing history.
• Permissions Used:
  • activeTab — inject content into active tab only
  • storage — store API key locally
  • tabs — open platform compose pages
  • scripting — inject content into compose boxes

5. DATA RETENTION

• Account data retained while account is active
• Generated content retained for 30 days
• Payment records retained per Stripe policy
• You may request deletion at any time

6. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. SECURITY

We use industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Row-level security (Supabase RLS)
• No plaintext storage of sensitive data
• Stripe handles all payment security

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Sorce is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
