1. OVERVIEW

Sorce ("we", "our", "the Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using Sorce, you agree to the practices described here.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the following information when you use Sorce:


  • Email address — collected when you sign in via magic link. Used for authentication and service communications only.
  • Solana wallet address — collected if you choose to sign in via Phantom or Solflare wallet. We store only your public key, never your private key or seed phrase.
  • Payment information — billing is handled entirely by Stripe. Sorce does not store your credit card details. We receive only subscription status and tier information from Stripe.
  • Usage data — we track the number of generations you produce each month to enforce plan limits. We store your generated project outputs so you can access them later.
  • Account metadata — subscription tier, trial status, scheduler add-on status, and account creation date.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your data solely to:


  • Authenticate your identity and maintain your account
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Enforce plan generation limits
  • Store and display your generated content
  • Send transactional emails (magic links, payment confirmations)
  • Improve the Service

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Sorce uses the following third-party services to operate:


  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security enforced.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all billing data under their own privacy policy.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation. Your prompts and inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate content. Anthropic's data usage policies apply to this processing.
  • Resend — email delivery for magic link authentication.
  • Vercel — hosting and deployment infrastructure.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible until you request deletion. To request account deletion, contact us through the Sorce Telegram community.

6. SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security on all database tables, server-side API key management, and encrypted data transmission. No system is completely secure — use Sorce at your own risk and do not share sensitive personal or financial information through the content generation interface.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Sorce Telegram community. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible. Continued use of Sorce after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
